Cooking instructions for Boutique Butcher beef and riced stuffed onions.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the stuffed onions in a medium ovenproof saucepan or roaster. In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp of ou (tamarind paste), lemon juice, salt, 1 cup water, and sugar (if using). Pour over the onions. Top with an ovenproof plate to keep onions from opening.
Transfer to the oven and cook the onions for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
