Pre-Marinated Meats (Cocktail Skewers and Steak Split)
Made from delicious eye-of-the rib, these tasty beef skewers are wonderful as an hors d'oeuvre, part of a buffet, or on the Shabbat or holiday table.
Stovetop and oven method: Coat a pan in a little olive oil, heat to medium high and brown on both sides.
Transfer skewers to a tray or baking dish and bake in the oven at 325 uncovered for 6 minutes or till done.
Outdoor grill method: grill approximately 3-4 minutes each side on medium high heat
