Classic Cranberry Sauce

Classic Cranberry Sauce

Prep time: 5 minutes


  • 16 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup water


  •  3 quart saucepan
  •  wooden spoon


  1. Open a bag of fresh or frozen cranberries and pour them into the saucepan. Add sugar and water. Bring to a boil and stir until you begin to hear the berries pop. This can take about 15 minutes. Let mixture cool and then refrigerate till ready to serve.
